Hello LYLO Tribe,
Just a short message here seeing how everyone is getting on. The new year is well and truly on as we enter March. I know a lot of people had great ideas in 2024 for their fitness and diet ( business/work )
I am here to remind you not to give up. The hardest thing is to start and not to stop. I have so many friends who start for the first couple weeks/ months and fall off as it get's too much. A few days off turns to a few weeks and before you know it months have gone by.
Perserverance is key.
Adding LYLO products to your daily routine will benefit you.
The products on there own will not help.
Balance will, moderation will. That means finding the balance in your life, not to live like a monk and also not to live like a rockstar. Somewhere in between.
My normal day starts like this.
6am/7am Wake up and be grateful for a new day. Stretch and drink my lime juice water with a scoop of Moringa
Gym/ workout for 1 hour then make my Magnum protein drink ( see blog for recipes seamoss,flaxseed)
9am - Read a book for 10/20 min depending on my agenda.
I will only drink Alkaline water until evening time most days which my body can handle although not everyone can do this.
A cup of shilajit tea and some lions mane extract 2 times per day.
A nice rounded meal. Of course we all have cheat days and now and again a snack for the tastebuds. There is nothing wrong with this as long as its not every day.
