Seamoss drinks

Hello everyone

just a quick one here as everybody keeps asking how do I use Seamoss daily. 

Of course you can put the gel onto your face as a treatment leave for 20 min and wash off to feel rejuevented skin but my preferred way is to eat/drink it in my juices. Heres two recipes that I swear by and have at least 2/3 times a week.

 

!) For 500ml I Grate fresh ginger 5grams, squeeze 2 key limes, 2 table spoons of linseed, 2/3 table spoons/scoops of seamoss.300ml mineral/alkaline water. honey to sweeten. Blend and enjoy .

2) For 500ml/750ml Magnum Protein, Almond milk 250ml, 2 bananas, a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 table spoon moringa powder, 1 cup of oats, cashew/walnut 150g, blend until smooth and add a little water if it gets too thick. This drink will keep you full for most of the day.

I recommend these drinks for anyone who is feeling under the weather and needs energy. If you train this will cleanse you (1) and if you train and want to eat goodness (2) is my protein drink.
