Sea moss is also high in B vitamins, calcium, vitamin C, beta-carotene, magnesium, iron, fiber, and protein. Making Irish Sea Moss gel is very simple. It comes down to rinsing and rehydrating the dried moss, which transforms into very gelatinous strands.
